Scope:

Create Factory Virtual Tour for Calumet Electronics.

• Using satellite imagery from Google Earth the following assumptions have been made.

  • Total Square Footage of Plant area is approximately 89,000 square feet (see included image below).

  • I have included a price per square foot that can be used if my assumptions are incorrect.

• Video Walk-thru priced at $0.145 / sq ft:

  • 89,000 sq ft x 0.145 = $12,905 for Video Walk-thru.

    • Walk-thru filmed using a gimbal stabilized camera and drone.

    • Includes speed ramp editing and royalty-free music.

• Virtual Tour using 360° photos priced at $0.255 / sq ft:

  • 89,000 sq ft x 0.255 = $22,695 for Virtual Tour using 360° Photos.

    • Will require up to 227 360° photos
